Arranging Your Output

1) Open an Output file from where you plan to take the charts option, or the graphs, or tables.

2) Select the item or items that you want to copy in an outline frame or in viewing frame.

3) Then click on “Copy Option” from an “Edit Option” menu in SPSS.

4) Open the Word document.

5) Put the cursor where you like to put your graphic.

6) Choose “Paste” from “Edit” menu in Word.

7) As you will see that the chart or the graphic, which you have copied from the SPSS will come out in your Word document.

Exporting Your Output as Web Page

1) First open your output file.

2) Choose “Export” from “File” menu.

3) You have to define what you would like to export. You can then select to export with or without the graphics and charts, you can select to export your complete output or just chosen items and you can select what kind of file you want to create. For the web page, it is good to export in an HTML file.
